Independent service
WeSetupTV is an independent service provider. No official relationship with television manufacturers, electronics retailers, streaming services, game-console companies or other device brands is implied unless a relationship is specifically documented.
Equipment and compatibility
Customers are responsible for accurately describing equipment they want included. Compatibility depends on the actual television, mount, wall, cables and connected devices. No universal compatibility guarantee is made.
Mounting conditions
Wall construction, access, existing damage, building restrictions and other site conditions may affect whether mounting can proceed. Structural, electrical or specialty construction work is not included unless specifically agreed.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should provide safe access to the work area, disclose known hazards or damage and remove fragile or valuable items from the immediate setup area.
Accounts and credentials
Customers should not send passwords, authentication codes, payment information or recovery credentials through the website. Where device sign-in is needed, customers should enter sensitive credentials themselves.
